What's Happening in LBL
Land Between The Lakes features events throughout the year, especially during the spring, summer and fall seasons. During the winter months, LBL has eagle viewing tours, both on land and water, which are quite popular among wildlife-viewing enthusiasts.

In the spaces it missed, these liminal corners where the crops border other lands, the wild takes root. These places are fairy corners. Wildflowers bloom here unbothered by the bustle of cultivation. Come out and learn about some plant lore. Learn why they’re called fairy corners through a bit of folklore, too. A peaceful place is never far away.

Join us for a live butter-churning demonstration where you'll learn the traditional step-by-step process of turning cream into fresh, delicious butter. Guests are invited to take a turn at the churn, help with the process, and discover how this everyday staple was once made by hand. Because butter-making takes time, feel free to explore the farm and return later to sample the finished product. Once the butter is churned, we'll rinse it in cold water, gently salt it, and prepare it for tasting.
