Hey Y’all from the Excel Bay 230 Elite. Transition is the word when it comes to fishing. The migration toward the bays for baitfish and crappie has begun. I was on Barkley twice last week and found the keeper crappie bite almost non-existent while trolling both cranks and jigs. The yellow bass were active and saved my trip both days. Thanks to an extended spell of nice weather the fishing scene across Kentucky Lake has suited anglers just fine.
